Three The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is leading in 10 out of the 13 local government areas so far collated in Rivers State, by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) with a total of 344,106 votes. The Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Muhammad Buhari, is wining in three local government areas, including Asari Toru, Opobo/Nkoro and Emohua local government areas with a total of 155,662 votes. However, following the disagreement between the Electoral Officer and the Presiding Officer over the result of Emohua local government area, the State Presiding Officer, Professor Aniefiok Essien directed that the result be stepped down for a while. INEC has gone on break and to resume collation of results from remaining 10 local government areas by 5:00pm.
