Recently, the Chief of Naval Staff. Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla paid a working visit to Ogurugu in Uzo Uwani Local Government Area of Enugu State.
The Chief of Naval Staff had earlier promised that the Nigerian Navy will establish an operational base in Enugu State.
